"We took this recipe to Turkey with us -made it there and it was great. Got home last night and made it again, quick and easy to make and tastes great. Not sure about the name though, as no vodka in it! We didn't use celery, but added spring onion and chopped red peppers. A great quick and easy recipe and with what's left over makes a great hot or cold lunch for work! "
