    "This was a great way to use up a pack of tortellini I had in the freezer. I added lots of black pepper and some italian seasoning. I would have liked the broth to be a little thicker but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it."

    "Excellent. I used large mushrooms sliced and balti curry paste. I only added about 3/4 of a tin of coconut milk then stopped as I felt it would have been too runny with the whole tin."

    "I've been looking for a good vegetarian shepherd's pie for a while, I think I've found it with this one. We're not sweet potato lovers so I used ordinary ones, also followed the advice from others and reduced the wine to about 150mls. "

    "I made this yesterday afternoon and half of it is gone. I used plain flour with 2tsp baking powder which worked perfectly and topped it with a chocolate glaze. I will definitely make this again."
