    "easy, quick, tasty, filling in a good way, not too many ingredients. this deserves more than 1 5 star rating. I use home made tortillas-wholemeal flour, little bit of oil, water, roll as thin as you dare, 1 min in the microwave. "

    "Obviously I haven't eaten it yet but it was very easy to make, there weren't too many ingredients or anything difficult to buy and it smells wonderful. We are looking forward to the big day."

    "If possible this should have six stars. I've never had creme brulee before and it was really lovely. I read the suggestions about the topping and made sure the grill was really hot before I put the puddings underneath. Absolutely no problem at all and the caramel was really crisp and crunchy. White chocolate seems to be a really good addition to custards and cheesecakes as it helps them to set without being a particularly noticeable taste, just a suggestion of something nice."

    "Really easy to make although I was worried it hadn't cooked enough and ended up leaving it in too long so that the outside was a bit brown. I cut it into 16 and most of it is now in the freezer so I hope the topping is reasonably edible when we get the slices out again. A fine cheesecake"
