"I make soup on a regular basis for my family, this one was good. I added half cream half milk to the recipie and it was lovley. very warminig on a day like today ( heavy snow ) just add a nice wedge of crusty homemade bread and your sorted!"

"This recipe is great, so quick when you want something in the cake tin and havn't got much time. made it as a loaf and also made it in sandwich tins , put togrther with butter cream.just as good with or without walnuts.very handy addition. "
