"Very tasty except way too salty. Tried the recipe again and did it with 4 teaspoon, not tablespoons of sea salt , the result was far superior. The crackling was to die for!"

"This is an awesome dish. The blatjang tastes awful on its own, but compliments the dish superbly. One small adjustment I've made taking my lead from The Hairy Bikers, is to put a tblsp of curry powder into the egg custard. Try it, you'll like it."
