"I made this cake yesterday for my son's birthday. It cracked quite badly on the top. Also, I had great trouble with the icing. It just wouldn't set enough to spread properly. Consequently, it went on and then fell off. Added some jelly beans to jazz it up a bit and the end result was a bit of a car crash. I think it will taste lovely though! "

"I put a tin of chopped tomatoes in a baking tin with a crushed garlic clove and the chopped rosemary and baked on high for 20 mins for a quick concentrated sauce and then added it to the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. It was very good and added a little extra sauce. "

"This was quick and easy to make, but it seemed to need something more than carrots. PS - Remove the Kenco ad. You can do better than that Good Food."
