"Have just made this for party tomorrow. Followed recipe to letter but looks as though the middle will fall through when I take baking paper away. interestingly, when I made it a few weeks ago for hubby and me, I forgot to add cornflour and vinegar and it was perfect. I'm not sure about timings and temperature as every recipe says differently. I have a gas oven does it make a difference which shelf. I am going to remake the recipe but make indivual pavs this time"

"I make a similar recipe, using plain chocolate(70% cocoa solids) instead of cocoa powder. I usually fill with cream and dried cranberries which have first been soaked in brandy or kirsch. Can I freeze it or will it spoil the dried cranberries. How would be the best way to thaw it. I plan to make a couple for Xmas Day"
