"Very tasty and easy to make. I double the quantities and also add 2 small potato's and some coriander. The lime is a great finishing touch and makes for an interesting spicey taste"

"I really enjoy this combination of potato, mushroom and aubergine. To reduce the fat content I don't use cocunut milk and make my own sauce, using tinned tomato's and various spices."

"One of my favourite meals. I always use fresh aubergine. I also brown the lamb mince first then drain in a sieve to reduce the fatty taste which the lamb can sometimes give."
