"Poached eggs sometimes seem to work perfectly for me. Other tomes they are a disaster, though they always taste just as good. Can I suggest Lakeland's pochette's for when the need to look good. I know it's cheating, but the are foolproof! And you can do more than one at a time. "

"Gorgeous. I chopped up some lamb steaks as goat is pretty difficult to get in this part of the city. The flavours are really unusual. Maybe it's the star anise? It's well worth the long cooking time and you could easily make it as hot or as mild as you like. Will definitely do this again. (Maybe I'll make a special trip to buy goat.) "

"This is scrummy, and brilliant for picnics. I often use choritzo, instead of bacon and cheese. For a veggie version I recommend courgettes, red & yellow peppers and peas, which make it very colourful. "
