Smoked salmon rotollos

"These are fabulous! I used half plain cream cheese and half garlic/herb cream cheese which was delicious. Do leave them in the fridge before you serve them to firm them up and for ease of cutting."

"We love it in our house. I use half pepper and half garlic Boursin instead of the mozzerella. Also I put two tomato slices on each chicken breast underneath the bacon which adds juices. I serve them with garlic/rosemary roast potatoes, broccoli and sweetcorn. This is our favourite dinner at the moment."

"I made this at the weekend and it was gorgeous. I took out some of the the bread dough from the bottom layer, just leaving the crust, which held in the filling, and was much easier to handle. "

"I made them last night. Thought they were supposed to be crispy, maybe I used too much coating, but they had a gorgeous flavour. "

"I made this last night and it was gorgeous. I forgot to put in the lime but it still was fab. I served it with the Spanish potatoes from this site and they were lovely too."
