"This tastes gorgeous, the ingredients really blend in together. However I used smoked salmon instead also substituted fresh chives with chives and onion mixed in cottage cheese (from sainsbury's), it was a very nice light refreshing end to my evening and really recommend it to fish or cheese lovers"

"This cheesecake was amazing, flawless. My family ate half of it and I ate the rest! My parents were so impressed with it, i will definatley make it again... after losing all the pounds taken in (but i couldn't resist!)"
