"I'm surprised that this recipe hasn't had more hits. It was simple, delicious and very fresh. I used with a pack of ready done rice noodles from the chilled section. Tasted very Vietnamese - don't need to go out for this now I know I can do it at home! :-) "

"I really loved this recipe! The only thing I changed was to up the amount of pork fillet to 400g to serve 3 (which you need to have - I doubt it would be as good with pork chops/steaks). It's definitely a 'staple meal' "
