Chocolate & coffee truffle pots

"Great little dessert, easy to make and serving in espresso cups gives it that wow factor. It is very rich so you do not need to serve a lot per person. I served extra cream in a bowl on the table as all the dark chocolate and coffee can be a too bitter for some. "

"These worked out perfectly but only after I added an 2 sheets of gelatine. The recipe says to use two sheets but check the instructions on the back on the packet you buy. I used Dr. Oetker - which said to use 4 sheets for the amount of liquid required for these jellies. If the jelly isn't setting you can simply heat up more sheets in a couple of tablespoons of leftover champagne and add to the jelly mixture. "

"Great dish! Easily made enough for three and very filling! I added some flour to thicken as advised by others and plenty of seasoning. Delicious! Great autumn dish, will definitely make again. "

"This recipe is lovely. It takes longer to reduce down than the recipe states. Don't worry that the pepper is a bit hot when you first cook it. After you have left it for 4 to 6 weeks, it dies down and is absolutely delicious! Will be making again this year!"
