"Absolutely fab! My boyfriend loved it despite hating lots of veg. Feta works just as well as goats cheese. Have made this recipe twice now, it is delicious and suprisingly filling, you won't have room for anything else after. "

"Beautiful sauce! Duck wasn't completely cooked to the time stated so finished it off in the oven 'to keep warm'. Came out lovely. Did stir fry noodles & veg, worked well. Recon the sauce would be great for crepes suzettes! "

" Just cooked this, definately a 'Thumbs up!! :)', boyfriend loved it. Can't believe how low fat it is. Only managed 3 ramikins with the one egg white in the mixture and substitued the poire liquer with apricot brandy, which was perfect. "
