"Wasn't convinced about the aubergines cooking well this way and they didnt, they were very oily and tasteless. Wasted some good lamb in making this dish, very disappointing."

"Here in denmark the brand snap baskets are v hard to find but you can get choc-lined ice cream cone baskets instead which are perfect for this. I added blueberries along with the raspberries - really tasty! They are so quick & easy to make, the end result looks disproportionately professional!"
