"These are great and extremely easy. I chuck in however many bananas I have to use up, and you can use normal condensed milk instead of the caramel type no problem. They are nice with chunks of chocolate added too. "

"I've made this recipe a few times to use up the beetroot in my weekly veg bag. It works fine if you pulse the mixture in the food processor and scrape it down a couple of times. I used muffin cases to make them quicker to cook, and up to a week later the cakes still taste fine. Everyone likes them."

"The base is hard to cut once it's refridgerated, but the whole thing is lovely and very easy to make. Will definitely make again. The amount of limes needed must depend on how juicy they are. I tasted it as i added."
