"This was absolutely delicous and simple to make, the salmon was cooked perfectly. I used half fat creme fraiche so was really healthy. Will definitely make it again."

" I left out the tomatoes and used shop bought pesto from a jar which was a mistake as it tasted strongly of vinegar, I think I'd try it again with freshly made pesto as we really didn't like it."

"I also found the sauce too watery so added some cornflour. It was really quick and easy to make. The pork was lovely and tender and went well with the spinach, but we weren't keen on the sauce, it was too acidic."
