"Just made these with a 10yr old and they were very easy and quick to make. We put in marshmallows and cocoa rather than the choc and cherries - wow yummy!!!! Will definately make again."

"Wow - what great jam! Flavours and colours are amazing and its so easy to make. I made 5 small jars but will definately make more soon. I used 10 fairly big red chillies and the heat is just right (but I do enjoy hot food!)"

"Just made my second batch, its so tasty and easy to make. My first batch seems to be getting redder so it looks like the cranberries bleed over time. I also take out the peppercorns before bottling so no-one gets a nasty surprise when eating it."
