"Decided to make for friends that were coming around for tea, usually too lazy to make my own dishes, but thought this looked quick and easy.... and it was. Used Boursin instead of mozarella but ended up talking to much when friends arrived and left in oven abit too long so cheese melted too much and escaped. This was shame as chicked was then bit too dry. Intend to try again and keep an eye on how long its in oven, as it still tasted ok, so must be delicious with cheese inside!"
