"Undoubtedly the best cheesecake I have every made. As per suggestion above, I used Gordon's caramel recipe off this website and it tasted fantastic. Made it for a friend's dinner party and they all loved it. Will be making this again for Christmas as it can be made the day before. "

"Lovely flavours and looked fantastic when it came out of the oven. However, it was a little too runny when served up and just looked a mess on the plates. For this reason I probably wouldn't serve it at a dinner party. "

"A fantastic combination of flavours. Served with a rocket salad. Great for a dinner party starter as can prepare ahead and just put together at the last minute. Lovely"

"Have just started a low fat diet and I fried the onion in fry light rather than using the oil. The whole family enjoyed this and didn't even realise that they were counting calories with me! A great mid week meal."
