"this is a brilliant chicken recipe. i made this last night and thought it was so tasty. i used mozarella and cheddar like the recipe states but added some garlic puree and a teaspoon of cheap mustard i had in. quite a bit of the filling ran out of the chicken breasts but the chicken had lots of flavour all the same. my husband and kids thought it was great and asked me to make again."

"this was easy to make and really tasty. i found the thick cheese filling still ouzed out, but the flavour did give the chicken a garlic flavour right the way through. i will make again but i think i'll try just a garlic butter filling "

"absolutely beautiful! i will never buy a packet sauce mix for a sausage cassarole again! The dish was full of flavour. "

"I made this today and don't know what i've done wrong but the middle of the cake would'nt set and i've ended up baking it for an extra half an hour, it seems to have made no difference! I dare not try it again as its costs quite a bit just to end up in the bin."
