Melting middle truffles

"I am making these for my wedding favours this week, and had a practice a few months ago. When I had loads of middle filling left I thought I had made a mistake so glad to see it's not just me! We found a good use for the extra filling - left it in the freezer for the following week and gradually ate it whenever we went in there to get something else out - it didn't get wasted and was delicious on it's own!! Made mine with Lindt and my guinea pig taste-testers said they tasted like those Lindor balls you can buy :) mmm... The only other difficulty was that they melted so quickly when taken out of the freezer so you need to work quick. It didn't help that the oven was on and it was hot! So best to chill your kitchen and keep dusting with cocoa powder - make sure you have extra. Happy cooking!"

Creating your wedding cake

"I was so impresed by the comments about this cake I decided to make it for my wedding next February. Has anyone else had trouble getting the correct sized tins - 15cm, 23cm and 30cm for making this exact recipe? I have found only one site on the net (justaddfood) which sells all three sizes that look deep enough, but they add an £8 shipping charge even though that is all I am ordering. Other websites don't seem to have the larger size, or the tins are not deep enough (it doesn't actually say how deep). Does anyone know of any shops that sell these tins or internet sites? Thanks"
