Amaretti peaches with honey & chocolate
6 comments
"Have made this lots of times, always turns out well and is a real crowd pleaser. Don't usually use the honey as the peaches are sweet enough. Works well if you put a small glass of white wine and a drop of water in the dish when you bake them, it makes a nice syrup to serve with the peaches. I find it works best with slightly under ripe peaches as they soften considerably when cooked - also easier to halve/stone."

"Delish, even better with a handful of roughly chopped walnuts. Slightly too vinegary for me so held back a bit, highly recommended."

"Absolutely Yum! Not a diet recipe perhaps but a lovely way to finish a special meal and relatively low in fat. I served it with little chocolate eggs on top for Easter lunch, lots of strawberries and low fat creme fraiche on the side and it went down extremely well. Good Food hasn't let me down yet. Top Marks."

"Delicious moist yummy cake. One of my Good Food top 10. I use frozen berries as I usually have them in the freezer and don't like buying flown in berries in winter. Can't recommend this highly enough though would advise to vary the lime content if you are feeding it to kids. "
