"This is just a fab cake, have made it 3 times in just one week. I've got a friend who can't eat nuts so I replaced them with blueberries and that just took the cake to another level. If you do add blueberries you may have to add another five mins to the bake time. Today I will be making it again but I will be split the cake mixture into two sandwich tins. One will have nuts the the other will have blueberries and I will join them together with cream, I'll let you know how that goes. "
