"Absolutely delicious! We all enjoyed this, and it's quick and easy to put together. I used red pepper pesto, drained the oil from the tuna and stirred in some cooked (frozen) spinach. I also made sure all the ingredients were hot before I put it under the grill, as, on my first attempt, it wasn't hot all the way through. A regular addition the family menu!"

" Made this using blackberries from my garden. Absolutely delicious. I grated the zest from 1 lemon into the dough mixture. I used whipped double cream with a couple of spoonfuls of lemon curd mixed through. Find the lemony taste goes really well with the blackberries."
