"A lovely recipe. I used a punnet of fresh plum tomatoes and a tin of plum tomatoes instead of tinned cherry tomatoes. I also added some hot paprika. My partner liked it so much he informed me we're not to eat anymore so we have some left to take to lunch tomorrow!"

"I made this slightly differently. I placed some mascapone in a mixing bowl and mixed single cream with it until I had the desired consistency. I then added the melted chocolate to the mixture and stirred. Rather than using crunchy I chopped Honeycomb Toblerone into small pieces and stirred into the mixture. I then added white and milk chocolate stars to the top to decorate and chilled in the fridge until we were ready to eat it. It was absolutely delicious!"
