"Yum! Took the advise above and used 1 litre of stock rather than 750ml. Really nice soup, very creamy and sweet, but with enough kick from the chilli to counter this. Lovely and filling, great for work lunches. Have frozen the extra into portions, so hope it freezes well."

Blackberry crème brûlée

"I cant believe this recipe hasnt been rated yet! These were AMAZING! Worth all of the effort to keep whisking while making the custard. I shall be using the custard recipe over and over, as I found I was eating that all the way through cooking and cooling (glad I made too much!) and will be trying it with other fruits too. There wasnt a scrap left in a single ramekin by the end of it, and everyone wants the recipe - thanks!!!"

"Gorgeous soup! I made double the amount, so I could use it for 4 generous starters, and then have frozen 6 portions for lunches at work - sat eating one right now!! Used half stilton, and half gorgonzola as was wary of the comments above about the stilton being overpowering, and this gave a lovely creamy soup, with a more subtle blue cheese flavour. Will be making this again, as it was a hit with everyone!"
