"I adapted the recipe slightly. There are only two of us so i used half a standard packet of mince (250g), i didn't bother with an egg and i used dried sage. But they worked a treat! They tasted amazing and my boyfriend loved them too. I can't wait for the summer as i plan on making a large batch for BBQing. "

"Really really nice! a dead simple mid week meal that me and my boy friend both loved. Works just as well with low fat creme fraiche too. well worth trying. "

"It is really really good! Sort if like a spicy carrot cake. I dont use cup measurements but i just used an online converter to change everything in to grams and it turned out fine. My family are eating their cake and their words now! :) "
