"I found that this resulted in lovely moist meat but didnt find that there was much of a mustard taste. Not sure if this is because i used one large chicken rather then two smaller ones. Would do this again but with either an english or wholegrain mustard or just increase the amount of dijon. Oh i dint bother with doing the veg or wine, just the chicken itself"

Leek, potato & bacon bake

"I made this with the mustard buttered chicken and it was a huge hit. I made it up the point of adding the cream the day before. So all i had to do on the day was add the cream and bacon and whack it in the oven. I used 3 largeish leeks and found that to be plenty. I found that 200ml was too much stock to put back in, but you will have to judge this yourself. A great change to roast tatties !!"

"I found this made a delicious and easy to prepare meal. I used boil in the bag basmati rice simply because my local supermarket didnt have the red rice. I served 2 peppers per person instead of the salad. "

"I found this really easy to do and had good results. The gravy was delicious even though I only had beef stock and the bacon added a nice touch. I would cook this again but I dont think I would have the onion in with the sausages found that they made the bottom very soggy!,and nobody likes a soggy bottom. But i suggest making it as directed then making your own mind up"
