"Made this for my coeliac dad - unfortunately it was flat as a pancake when I removed it from the oven! It tasted delicious so I would definitely give it a second try but i'm just wondering where I went wrong. My tin was 23cm and the oven temperature 160 (fan). Any advice from more successful cooks would be much appreciated!!"

"Good recipe - added some tomato puree and Worcester Sauce to improve the flavour. The spring onions really added to the flavour. Love the multi-mince - have used it for bolognese also."

"Really tasty. Made it using what was in the cupboard so swapped passata for the plum tomatoes and a red pepper for the carrot. Yummy! Highly recommend this recipe - will never use a bolognese jar sauce again."

"First time making clafoutis - so disappointed. All the flavour seemed to come from the fruit with little from the surrounding batter. I wonder did I go wrong somewhere - the texture was quiche like - yuck!"

"Great recipe - so easy to follow steps and yummy result! Added bacon and omitted the wilted spinach - served with a rocket salad - delicious. Will be making this again and again....."
