    "I've only just found this recipe and have been making thai curry for a long time... it's a regular Monday night dinner in our house. I'd just like to say i always add lime juice, 1 tbsp fish sauce and a teaspoon of sugar as soon as i take it off the heat... gives a really authentic thai taste, especially if using a shop bought paste. Enjoy! x"

    Cottage pies with cheddar-mustard mash

    "Just taken this one out of the oven, and it looks fantastic!!! Really easy to make, although it took longer than i anticipated. Despite being the beginning of August and at 40 degrees c (i live in Spain), i have a dreadful flu bug and am hoping this will help me on my way to recovery!! Hope it tastes as good as it looks!!!"

    Deep-dish cheese, onion & potato pie

    "Just popped my pie into the oven now!!! Really easy to make, and i boiled the potatoes for a couple of minutes first as others have recommended, i also used philadelphia instead of creme fraiche as that's what i happened to have in the fridge!! Made my own pastry too, so it was quite time consuming, but i think it makes all the difference!!! I have my own bar in Spain, and i'm going to introduce our spanish chef to a bit of good old british cuisine!! I'm sure he's going to love it!!! I'll let you know the verdict!!!"

    "I´m making this for my beautiful boyfriends birthday, which is tomorrow! My cake is in the oven at the moment... only half an hour left of baking to go, and so far it´s looking (and smelling) good. However, i´m currently living in Spain, and here buttermilk is not available to buy, so whilst mixing the egg mixture in with the flour, sugar etc, i added just a couple of tsp of full cream milk to thin the mix out slightly. I´ll let you know in about an hour if that was a good idea or not!! Anyway, although still hoping on the final result, I´ve given it 5 stars for the simplicity and easiness of making. Plus, the mixture tasted divine!! =)"

    "I´ve just finished eating this and it was beautiful!! I didn´t have any creme fraiche so I used cream cheese instead... of course it just added to the cheesy creaminess!!! Definitely recommended!!"
