"I've made this several times, using mascarpone or substituting with phillie and it never disappoints. I've also substituted the chicken with salmon and would highly recommend it for a wonderful melt in your mouth alternative."

"This is undoubtedly the best carrot cake I have ever made. I added walnuts and covered the cake with cream cheese and icing sugar which topped it off very nicely indeed. I'd love to find out how long it keeps for, but in our house 5 minutes is probably the longest!"

"This is one of the few dishes that actually makes you feel healthy by simply eating it. I don't eat meat so added the bacon to my husbands meal at the end. I will definately be making this again."
