Smoky paprika peppers

"Thoroughly clean the jars, then put them in the oven for 15 mins (ish), then poor the peppers into the jar while still hot. put the lid on and then they should keep for a few months. Hope that helps!"

"this was really easy and tastey. I deided to do half potato, half cauliflower as i didn't think it wouldbe filling enough otherwise. It made it have a lighter flavour, without really being able to tell it was there - so great if you're trying to sneak in another of your 5-a-day! Wil definiately try just cauli mash anoher time though."

"I thought this dish was OK; tastey enough but nothing special. I added wholegrain mustard to give it a bit more interesting flavour. Would add lemon zest/juice next time to lighten it, I think."

"These are very easy to make and delicious. I did them as a starter for an Italian style dinner party. I didn't need all of it so I left the rest in the fridge until then next day and had it with my lunch!"

Mulling syrup

"You're all so right; much better than the shop bought stuff! I made it today, had some left over and just sploshed some straight into my glass of red wine (so conveniently) at my side already) and was amazing. Will definitely do again, now I have all the spices."
