Pad Thai

Light chicken korma

"This was FANTASTIC. Made it with white fish and used asparagus instead of pak choi and it was wonderful. Also substituted oyster sauce for soy, which worked well. "

Prawn & coconut curry

"Better than takeaway. Didn't have ground coriander or tumeric so substituted garam masala, and it was wonderful. The chutney really makes it."

"This is a nice recipe, very flavourful. Dead easy. I used honey instead of brown sugar. Though next time I will make it with whole, boneless chicken thighs - pork was good, but just short of yummy."
