"Very good summer pudding. I added layers of sponge fingers between mousse before letting it set in the fridge. Very easy to make and tastes wonderful."

"I made this last night. Really nice cake and tastes devine.As another reader suggested I used fresh strawberries between 2 layers. Also I added 2 tbs of double cream to the cake mixture and I think that made the cake fluffy and nice. "
