"I made mine with quinoa flour and added a tbsp of chia seeds to the wet ingredients instead of an egg. I also made them as mini-muffins. They turned out moist and were a bit bland. They didn't rise much, but i'm not familiar enough with quinoa flour yet to know if that's the reason. I'd probably add more cocoa powder next time."
