"I think there's way too much lemon in this recipe which overwhelms the artichokes. However, the recipe has a lot going for it so I think next time I'll use half the lemon juice and zest as suggested and see how it goes. I found that the lemon got less overpowering as the dish cooled down, oddly, so maybe best served cold?"

"I would highly recommend you use a wide, shallow dish for this rather than the small but deep pyrex casserole I used. The fish and eggs were still practically raw after the allotted cooking time. After another 10 mins cooking, though, it was delicious. "

"This was super easy - even my other half managed to do it! Total comfort food with no naughties - I can imagine craving this when I'm ill. We used homemade fresh chicken stock which made all the difference. "

"A perfect case of something being greater than the sum of its parts. This 'soup' totally rocks! And so easy to make. I followed the recipe pretty much to the letter only halving the amount of stock as I was only making 2 portions, but I ended up with 3 portions easily, even taking into account my greed! I also used M&S ricotta and spinach ravioli and their liquid veggie stock in a jar which I think made it nicer than using a stock cube and cheapo tortellini."
