"Lovely recipe, very simple to make,i did use a bit more stock than indicated though and cooked the chicken a bit longer too. Hubby and daughter loved it!!"

"Had a bit of a disaster with this recipe! the cake didnt cook in the middle and was still moussey in the middle after over an hour in the oven at 160(fan) when i eventually took it out it sank!! can anyone think how this may of happened, as i followed the recipe to the exact way it was supposed to of been done??"
