Classic pumpkin pie with pecan & maple cream

"The flavours of this pie are great, but I found the texture to be slightly squidgy despite baking for 70 mins. I don't know if I did something wrong, but I was expecting a firmer pie."

Olive bread swirls

"I tried these as my first bread making attempt... absolutely gorgeous!!! I can't believe how easy they were to make. I didn't use the anchovies and the level of saltiness was just perfect, so I can understand how adding them would make the filling too salty. My husband doesn't like olives, so I rolled half the mixture as per recipe and the other half with caramelised onions - really yummy! Next time, I'm going to try using garlic infused oil in the dough so as to give an extra yummy flavour."

"So simple to make, and utterly devine!!! I left out the coffee granules and flour, and stirred 3 tbsp of cocoa powder (I made a 20 cm tart so only used 1/3 of the ingredients, so use 5 tbsp for a 24 cm tart) into the melted chocolate and butter. I didn't bother with the extra drizzling either."
