"Eeek! What did I do wrong? My yogurt with the chillis and coriander ended up being bright green and when I took the fish out of the oven, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture above but instead, something from a nuclear plant! Neon green and most unappetising. It tasted fine but the colour was enough to put me off from making it ever again!"

"Help! What have I done wrong?! Just made this but instead of looking anything like the picture above, my pan is full of browned chicken pieces floating in a luminous green gravy! Should it really be so green? Tastes fine but just looks like it will glow in the dark."

"Yum yum! I added a large splash of white wine to the cream and a crushed garlic clove before blending. Then halved some button mushrooms and fried them very quickly in some garlic butter before stirring into the pasta. "

"Really tasty but I'm not sure what I did wrong - while the top of the pastry was lovely and crispy, the bottom was completely soggy and dropped into a big pile of mush as I lifted it off the tray. Any suggestions welcome! Thanks!"
