"We are not a family of cake-makers, and this was our first attempt at a victoria sponge, and it was heavenly! Unbelievably good, and will definitely be making as often as my diet permits!"

"I didn't like this at all - although admittedly I didn't have leeks so used onions. Still, I thought it had a really strange flavour, and the butter beans were just a bit bland. Won't be making again."
