"Went down a storm, never made cheeseckae and this was so easy and tastey, would never serve a shop bought one after this and you could make this with any friut or even choc chips, a great basic recipie you can put your own spin on. I only have a 24cm tin so I doubled the base mix but left the creamcheese part as they was plenty. I found mines need an hour to bake rather than the 40mins. 10 out of ten :)"

"I have made this twice and it is sooo tasty and a total breeze to make - what a lovely dish with fab flavour, a real fave already in our house. Like some other comments have suggested, I had to use more stock. A big Hit!!!"
