"Fantastic! Made this for a family gathering and they coulnt believe it was homemade. It looked exactly like the photo and tasted as delicious as the 'cheesecake shop' own . didnt do the sour cream topping but just sieved on a layer of icing sugar. Will definatly be making this one again!Worth the effort and the calories."

"Just made this cassorole and it was delicious! I recently joined slimming world and this recepie fits in well with my healthy eating regime as on the plan it is 'free' and sin free(didnt have the nan bread). I used frylight to fry onions and garlic. I also used half sweet potato half white potato. Instead of using all onion i added spring onions. Finished it off with a few dried chillies too. So quick and easy to cook and very filling!"

"Made this cake for my best friends birthday as a gift, well she and all her family said that it was the best chocolate cake they'd ever tasted!The orders are flooding in ! My friend heated her last two pieces up and had it with ice cream,her and her husband indulged whist the kids were in bed! I baked the cake in two 7in sandwich tins and it took exactly 1hr to bake (fan oven).I substituted the buttermilk for creme fraiche, and melted white and dark choc together to make the curls for the decoration. Looked fab!"
