"Delicious and so easy to do. Instead of frying, I baked these in the oven, and you can still get a really good crunch with much less fat."

"Delicious. I used leg steaks instead of cutlets and wrapped the parma ham round some of the butter and made a flat parcel rather than a roll, then slipped this inside the steak. I also seared in the griddle on each side and then put in the oven for about 20 min - far less effort required and same great taste!"

"Yummy - this was so delicious. The long slow cooking meant that it just fell off the bone. It was so easy to do and could be just ignored in the oven. Thats my kind of cooking on a sunday. Also did the lemon roast potatoes (without capers) and the spinach dish - equally delicious. Husband not a fan of spinach and even he ate it all!"

"This was absolutely gorgeous. I used redcurrant jelly for the relish as I had some already and it worked really well. Had it with Dauphinoise potatoes, which went down a treat"

"Really delicious and dead easy. I made the pastry and it totally crumbled when i tried to transfer it to the tin, but I patched it and you would never notice! I have to say mine looked nothing like the picture, much flatter - but still tasted fabulous and my friends were really impressed - did not have the heart to tell them how simple it was so just sat back and basked in the praise!"
