"Just got this simmering now. I love curry and I love it even more when it is as easy to make as this. Slightly astonished at how much diced leg of lamb just cost me at the butcher (£15 for a kilo!) but still really looking forward to supper! "

"Absolutey delicioius. I am a bit confused about the quantities though...900g pork is masses and by the time it was all mixed together I made 12 burgers altogether. Delighted to have lots in the freezer for another day but there is no way this is a 'makes 4' recipe, not unless we are talking seriously massive burgers!"

"I thought that this had all the makings of a really delicious and easy supper. However (and I don't know why this didn't occur to me before) the chorizo really doesn't need an hour in the oven, it was practically incinerated. Next time I think I will add it to the veggies when I take the chicken out. The garlic was also inedible. A disppointing first attempt but I will try it again."

"I think I must have missed something with this. We did it in one dish too but after about 40 minutes in the top oven of our Aga the cauliflower was still rock solid and the sauce was a total disappointment. I like the idea of it but might modify it slightly next time! "
