"Amazing, rich and delicious! So many compliments and requests for recipe. I did this in 2 seperate tins though for 45 minutes instead and it was great - I didn't have a deep cake tin. You must also be sure to line the tin as it does stick a great deal if not, I learnt this lesson the first attempt. Also makes fantastic cup cakes for an even shorter time in the oven"

"One of the best soups I have ever had, filling and warming - will deffinately make it again. Husband loved it too. Easy to make"

"Very easy to make, I don't have thermometer so used the soft ball test instead. I have made other fudge but not as good as this. I also added 4 heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder to make it very chocolatey which worked a treat! The texture was wonderful and everyone who has tried it has loved it."
