"This is sooo good! Very easy to make the actual mixture but when baking it you've got to really hold your nerve! Pay careful attention to the timings and it'll turn out perfectly. I made this for a dinner party with 7 guests - I baked 8 and then had one guinea pig. Everyone loved them and the spare got eaten too."

"Very easy to make. I was concerned about it being salty, but in the end it was ok! To finish it off it needed a dipping sauce - I put a sweet chilli, lime and cucumber dip with it and served it alongside cucumber sticks to offset the salt of the marinade. It went down a storm and there was nothing left so I suppose that speaks for itself!"
