"This is a delicious dessert and required practically no skill! I agree that it can be a little difficult to serve as the caramel can cause the chocolate to slide but the taste is amazing! It is very rich so I cut it into 12 servings rather than 8 as suggested and served it with brandy cream. My dinner guests loved it too and most of them requested the recipe"

"This is a fantastic cake and so easy to make. I have had lots of compliments when I've made this cake with lots of recipe requests. I made this for my sons birthday cake and covered with fondant rather than ganache, and it was perfect "

"Really easy and very tasty. I'm on a diet and these were low fat and filling. I used a hand blender instead of a food processor and they turned out fine. I also used a non-stick pan with a spray of oil and they went a lovely colour. I served with the ribbon salad - also fantastic and (a diet version of) egg fried rice. Think this will become a favourite"
