"Am going to make this tonight for a friend's leaving party. Might try with blueberries. To answer Gwinny's question - you need 2 tablespoons of flour (2 tbsp). This roughly equates to 2 ounces or 50 grammes. "

"My husband made this for dinner last night. Delicious. He's not a bad cook, and his verdict was: Quick and easy recipe to follow. Didn't use the ready rice - cooked Thai sticky instead."

"This went down very well with family and work collegues (who finished off the leftovers!). Mine turned slightly pink too - its the juice from the strawberries oozing out - which probably makes the bottom a bit gooey. However, very rich - but surely all cheesecakes are? I will be making this again."
