"I've made this twice now and everytime i'm asked for the recipe. Really easy to make and so versatile. I like it plain with some lemon zest on top altho its also delicious with fresh berries. The best cheesecake recipe i've come across by far."

"This cake is awesome! I baked it as the bottom tier of my sons 1st birthday cake and i can honestly say its the best chocolate cake i've ever tasted. I didnt make the ganache since i was covering it in fondant icing and i thought it'd be too creamy so instead i used a chocolate cream cheese frosting to cover the cake and to sandwich the 2 layers together. I only used 300g of sugar and i used all milk chocolate and left out the coffee and its perfect, really moist and just the right amount of chocolately goodness! Its really easy to make and i will use this as my choc cake recipe from now on. Its THAT good."
