"Hmmmm. Its a fatty bird that duck. I wouldn't consider myself the best chef, and I think that came through in this recipe. I think my first mistake was in the preparing of the fillets - too handy with the knife! The Box Choi and spring onions was nice, but the duck wasn't cooked (not rare, it was raw!). Back it went in the pan, of course after the soy sauce, stock and the honey had been in there it was slightly BLACKENED! A week on the house still smells of duck! "

" I tried to make a milder version for my missus, using green chillies and no peppercorns (shes not a fan of pepper). It was still too hot. I, on the other hand bloody loved it! "
